Khouri Care Pty Ltd offers professional nursing care services to support participants with their clinical and health needs at home, including comprehensive health assessments, treatment and monitoring of medical conditions, medication management, wound and skin care, continence support, chronic disease monitoring, catheter care, infection prevention and control, health education, palliative and end-of-life care, and referrals to specialist clinical services when needed. All nursing care is delivered by qualified nursing staff in a safe, evidence-based, person-centred, and culturally respectful manner that promotes dignity, independence, choice, and overall wellbeing.
